Erik's voice is warm, calming, and dreamy (so to speak) and helps soothe away my anxiety and quiets down my mind. I listen almost every night. I joined the Patreon, but I actually listen to the versions with the intro and breathing exercises because I love that part of my sleep routine. The only problem with this podcast is that I’m always asleep before I can hear the whole story, so I never know how anything ends (at least not consciously). Thank you so much, Erik!
