Making Listen To Sleep was one of my greatest joys in 2020. I met so many of you virtually via email and chatting on the patreon. I got to read some great (and maybe sometimes a little too sad) stories, and it was the beginning of the guest artist bonus episodes with stories read by some of the artists I most admire.
As we close out a very difficult year and I start this new blog, I want to share with you the thing I created in 2020 that I'm most proud of.
One of my best friends sent me an audio file last year on the anniversary of his mother's death. He was working on an idea for a video and wanted to get my opinion on it, so he recorded his thoughts and sent them to me. Then things got busy for both of us and we never made any more progress.
This year for his birthday, I took the audio and made the video for him. He loved it and I'm really happy with how it turned out. I hope you'll watch it.
It's 9 minutes, which is an eternity for an internet video, but it's well worth the time to hear his story. It just might change the way you look at the chapters of your life. It sure did for me.
