learning to swim

Another one of my best friends came for a visit this week, and he brought Ozzy, his 'best friend.' It was a visit with a purpose: to get his first swimming lesson. It's one of my favorite summer rituals here on the mountain.
Bodhi learned to swim here. So have many other dogs. The swimming hole is the perfect spot to introduce dogs to the water, and it's become a tradition when a new dog joins the family to bring them up for swimming lessons.
Ozzy is such a brave and smart little fella, he had no trouble at all.
