This meditation uses the breath to help us anchor our awareness much the way an anchor holds a ship in one place no matter where the wind of the tide is trying to push it. It can be done before bed or anytime. It's meant to help create a sense of well-being that can have wholesome benefits that can help in both your sleeping and waking hours.
